Shipping policy

Free Shipping on orders over $99 shipping to Canada.

Orders over $99 which are shipping to the Canada qualify for free shipping. **Note: Free shipping is calculated after any promotions or discounts are applied at checkout and before Tax.

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). All deliveries are shipped with tracking numbers which are provided to you once the order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size and destination of the items in your order.

All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary, Zip Top reserves the right to change your delivery method at no additional cost.

International Shipments

Zip Top Canada only ships to Canada. International shipping is not available.
